HORSE SHOW IN SAN VENANZO SEPT 1

Was it last fall, or the fall of 2005 when we first saw this show? I guess I need to go back and re-read my old blogs to know for sure. No matter, we'll definitely be there, at the old soccer stadium on the edge of town to see the beautiful Andalusian horses.

These horse don't perform the dramatic jumps and kicks like the Lipizzaner horses, they prance and march and strut, with such grace and beauty and precision it's hard to believe.

Just like the previous year, the show will begin at 6:30, break for dinner, then resume again at 9:30. Although it's not listed anywhere on the poster, admission is €8...good for both sessions. If you're here in Italy, take this opportunity to see our area AND some beautiful horses.
