AN EARLY THANKSGIVING IN TUSCANY
On the Saturday before Thanksgiving we traveled to Tuscany to celebrate a little early with our friends from Boston.
Here's the turkey before it was baked....all 33+ pounds and huge thighs!
then it was put in the wood oven...
And amazingly, after just TWO hours, it was ready!
Paul donned an apron to carve...
And then 24 of us sat down together at this beautiful table...
